Urban Living Group currently manages over 15 strata schemes across Sydney, totalling close to 2000 apartments. They range from single residential buildings to multi-building community associations with their own building management committees, and from straightforward residential schemes to mixed-use sites combining apartments with supermarkets, medical centres, restaurants and offices.
Leadership
Nathan Smith, General Manager. Over 20 years in facilities and building management, previously General Manager at BGIS/Multiplex, responsible for a portfolio of prestige residential and mixed-use assets including King Street Wharf, Central Park, Jacksons Landing and World Square.
Those are buildings where the residents are demanding, the plant is complex and the tolerance for a missed maintenance item is zero. The standards that came from that work are the standards Urban Living Group runs on now, applied to schemes of every size.
